The scenes of the Boring High AV Club were not filmed in the former Oregon City High School building but at the Willamette Falls Media Center. The picture is of the window (left) that Mr. Stargrove uses to oversee Boring High's morning announcements. The scenes take place in the center's basement using their old TV equipment from the 90s as props for the filming.
